Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work directly with the client on a daily basis
• Keep pace with digital and search marketing industry trends and developments
• Assist in providing recommendations and executing strategies for targeting opportunities, campaign structuring, customer journeys, and other facets of paid digital in accordance with client goals
• Analyze and evaluate performance metrics of accounts across multiple ad platforms
• Create content for blogs, articles, social media and website
• Generate new campaigns and aid in the development of new digital marketing initiatives
• Administer and analyze web analytics, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals
• Communicate to the team and management on project development, timelines, and results
• Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals
• Create, manage, and test ad campaigns across multiple ad channels (more on SEO rather than Google Search, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube)
• Understanding of stories (story reels)
• Capitalising on social engagement strategies
• Assist in building of digital HUG audiences, groups, and following
• Copywriting, building ads, and stories
• Take webinars and components to different content (content repurposing)
• Assist in creating digital funnels
• Analysing audiences
Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree in Marketing or related field
• Proven working experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management (SEO, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube)
• Understanding of stories (story reels)
• Understanding of digital HUG audiences, groups, and following
• Experience in terms of copywriting, building ads, and stories
• Ability to research, write and repurpose engaging content
• Understanding of digital funnels
• Experience in developing digital strategies
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
• Experience in any CRM
• Ability to adapt to new tools and software
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Excellent client service delivery, business development, analytical, and presentation skills
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Ability to work on time critical tasks, multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
