Support field level implementation of normative change and SBC interventions such as social/community mobilization, public education campaigns, education of influencers, advocacy to local leaders, and other forms of community engagements under the supervision of the provincial coordinator and leadership of the SBC Director
In coordination with other components' teams and technical advisors, guide the process of developing and deploying communication, marketing and behavior change interventions and measuring/monitoring the results, including communication and behavioral outcomes
Responsible to contribute in increasing health services utilization by men, women, youth and adolescent, and people with special needs and coordinate with service delivery on supply side issues and ensuring availability of quality services
Strengthen the Project's SBC capabilities through program development efforts and contributions to successful integrated implementation and guide project team members in implementation, as well identifying technical assistance and training needs in support of team members and partners
Initiate collection of partner's feedback for every activity done in the community and submit reports/documentation as required by the Provincial officer, SBC Director, or COP
Participate in and stay informed with communities of practice on technical areas, behavior changes and related subjects and apply evidenced-based SBC-related innovations and best practices that would be beneficial to the Project
Actively contribute to knowledge management, which may include documenting relevant findings and success stories
Any other related duties and relevant tasks assigned by supervisor/Chief of Party
Required Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Anthropology, Psychology, Communication, Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field with at least 1 year direct relevant experience
At least 3 to 5 years of demonstrated success in generating and implementing innovative and effective SBC-related strategies, outcomes and deliverables
Strong knowledge and implementation of behavior change theory
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and team building skills
Fluency in written and spoken English
