We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented person to be a Senior Accountant in our accounting department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, financial reporting, and tax compliance. He/she will also help manage the accounting team and work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. This position will report directly to the CFO.

Roles and Responsibilities :
Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
Preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Manage month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
File taxes with the BIR and ensure that tax and regulatory payments, returns and filing are up to date and compliant.
Manage salary processing/payroll
Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Prepare reports, as required
The Ideal Candidate :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field with CPA
3-5 years of experience in accounting
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Experience with financial reporting and analysis
Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements
Strong communication and leadership skills
Team player, hardworking, and self-driven leader
Ability to interact with both internal and external stakeholders
Note: Only certified CPA will be shortlisted.
This is a hybrid role 3 days in office, 2 days wfh per week.
