Qualifications:
Graduate of BS EE/ECE or any Engineering related course
Minimum of 2 yrs work experience in SMT/PCBA production
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Can easily adapt to a fast paced environment
Ability to work under strong pressure
Ability to work within a group
Can work efficiently with less supervision
Basic Functions:
Process yield improvement
Conduct failure analysis (RCA) and design of experiment (DOE)
Assists Manufacturing Engineer for yield improvement, new line set-up and new model set-up.
Conducts failure analysis for abnormal products during production
Assures that target will be met prior transfer to mass production
Conducts correlation during line qualification and machine downtime
Acts as Main PIC for yield improvement of sample run.
