Job Title: SMSF Accountant
Job Responsibilities:
Review and close year-end accounts to comply with specific SMSF regulations
Prepare detailed workpaper, schedules and reconciliations of SMSF accounts
Prepare financial statements and tax returns and other SMSF reports using BGL 360
Review and Prepare quarterly Business Activity Statements
Communicate with various stakeholders including but not limited to clients and sub-clients on job status, queries, request for information and others
Drive work efficiency through process improvements.
Other ad-hoc related work
Job Qualifications:
CPA with work experience with reputable audit firm.
High attention to details and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and take lead in understanding and meeting client's business goals
Preferred candidate is a natural collaborator who is able to think and work in an organised, methodical manner
Proactive, good organizational skills and very good attention to details.
Work Schedule:
7am to 4pm
