Provide support to manage a portfolio of clients in a broad range of accounting, taxation and compliance matters
Work as part of a highly functioning team, assisting Partners and other team members, in completion of work assignments
Produce work within agreed timeframes and in line with company policy, procedures and protocols
Undertake a range of work tasks including the completion of monthly and end of year transactions. This may include accurate reconciliations, financials and tax adjustments, production of work papers and document management
Manage workload to meet lodgement program timeframes
Maintain accurate time costing diary
Assist business in transitioning clients to BGL system
Undertake other duties as directed, commensurate with current level of skills and classification
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
Australian accounting/bookkeeping experience is required for this role
Experience in SMSF administration
Proficient use of various accounting software systems including MYOB, BGL Simple Fund 360 and ATO Portal
Experience in a BPO is an advantage
Required language(s): English, Filipino
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Must be willing to work on Australian shift (7:00 am to 3:00 pm)
