Hi there! We're looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator who will play a critical role in creating a seamless experience for both our client and their implementation partners.
Location: Fully-remote, reporting to Australia
Engagement: Full time, 40 hrs/week

About the role..
If you're looking for a rare opportunity to take ownership of a critical area of the business from help with onboarding new Clients' assets and logins to ensuring asset access and day-to-day organization of our systems is efficient for our Implementation Partners to work with, we want to hear from you!
This role also includes ownership of the social media management for one specific healthcare client who requires unique customer service support.
Responsibilities...
Client Social Media Manager (15-20hrs per week)
Create and implement monthly social media plans for a niche healthcare client across two different pages on Facebook and Instagram
Create all post captions, graphics and reels using pre-existing templates in Canva
Liaise with the client via Whatsapp group to receive videos and request from the client and turn these into social posts and plan these into the monthly posting schedule
Optimize client's social pages and work to increase followers and engagement with pages over time including replying to comments
Upload videos to client's Youtube channel and write video descriptions, create thumbnails and publish content (As needed)
Edit videos in Canva, add supers, work with subtitles
Collaborate with the social media ads specialist (as needed) to ensure consistency between organic posts and ads
Logins & Assets Manager (5-10hrs per week/ will vary)
Set up a system of managing and tracking login access to our clients' social media, website and other software account
Pro-actively manage accesses, ensuring that access is up-to-date and tracked with relevant and current users
Set up and manage Meta Business Manager to manage multiple client accounts, and transfer all logins and accesses over to our Business Manager to ensure we retain control and security of user access.
Organizing times with our clients for initial "login events" across our team members, and liaise with clients in permissions to gain admin control of accounts where needed
Ensure clients are aware of when 'login events' will occur to build client confidence and prevent security concerns
Obtain and manage accesses to our Clients' Google Analytics accounts, and set up tracking events as required
Ensure all account integrations are connected within our resultts tracking dashboard software at all time
Provide support and troubleshooting for our team in any technology platform and support the team in gaining access to client accounts across social media and marketing software at all times
Remain conversant with digital marketing best practice in regard to security aspects, and software updates and alert the team to upcoming algorithm or policy changes from predominantly Meta, Google, Linkedin and Wordpress
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing
Proven experience with SMM on Meta (FB & Instagram)
Experience using template and designing in Canva, and video editing skills
Solid understanding of the Meta Business Suite platform including Ads Manager and setting up of Business Manager, including adding and assigning assets
Excellent English communication skills
Creative thinker with an ability to copywrite engaging captions for SMM posts
Solid grasps of WordPress website management and general CMS capabilities
Knowledge and understanding of on page SEO is an advantage
Familiarity with MailChimp and email marketing softwares in General
Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics and GTM
Experience with Google Drive file storage system
