Enter Payroll data and/or taxes
Run Deceased Employee report
Notify Tax Dept of New State Registrations
Run Hypo Tax Report
FICA Audit Report
Execute ADP Periodic feed which automatically sends to ADP and print output total page
Verify ADP file total to in house generated report totals
Verify ADP invoice totals to the report totals
Resolve Exceptions (Fallouts) from Transmission - taxes that may not be set up at ADP or mapped correctly
Run ADP Impound report for Accounting

Requirements:
6+ years payroll tax experience performing all functions of payroll and tax. Advanced knowledge of payroll, payroll tax, tax reporting and tax correspondence at federal, state and local levels. With experience in processing end-to-end payroll using SAP.
Prefer experience with Payroll software systems such as SAP HR, ADP and MyServices ticketing tool. Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office programs is required.
Licensure or certification: CPP or FPC preferred
Ability to learn new applications and processes related to the configuration, calculation and assignment of taxes within the payroll process.
Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills.
Excellent problem solving skills along with keen attention to details.
Strong written/verbal communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Strong client relationship skills.
