Qualifications
Graduate of Information Technology/ Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Computer Engineering or equivalent
With at least 1-2 years of working experience in Telecommunication Industry and/or equivalent
Knowledgeable in FTTH, HFC, IBS and Outside Plant Network Architecture Design and Engineering Design
Proficiency in design software applications such as AUTOCAD, Google Earth, MS Office etc.
Willing to do field work
With driver's license and can drive 4-wheels (MT)
Preferably local resident of Clark, Pampanga or nearby areas

Job Description
Performs surveys at target location, measures actual distance and verify scope of works, constrains and other considerations that may occur prior to project designing and implementation
Conceptualize and design the flow of feasible and deliberate engineering plan based on industry standard parameters SME, HFC, Backbone and ODN, including preparation of complete detailed installation and shop drawings preparation
Create single line diagram for HFC/Node, SME, OLT up link and POI insertion for guidance of Field Network Engineer for the activation of target network
Encode the activated as build projects on the company's OSS (Operations Support Systems), sunvizion and create single line diagrams based on as built provided by the field network engineer
Revisit the working maps upon completion of the implementation and activation stage of the project; create reiteration of design, bill of materials and bill quantity based on actual site material usage
