Job Description
PURPOSE
Ensure Job Orders/Repair Tickets and projects are completed with the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) by providing field leadership and assistance to other field technicians quickly and effectively.
Job Qualifications:
At least a secondary or vocational graduate
College graduate/level or equivalent is desirable
Knowledgeable in cabling, SLI and OSP
Valid professional driver's license with at least restriction code 2
Minimum of 2 years experience in fiber technology/data communications
Job Descriptions:
Perform administrative tasks such as making reports including, but not limited to, documenting test results and as-builts.
Perform actual cable layout, conducting, wiring, termination and testing, and repair of cable, conduit, and other last mile issues and problems of a subscriber from tap-off/NAP to client's premises.
Undergo regular training to upgrade skills and provide feedback to the trainers.
Be accountable for basic tools and equipment issued to his team including vehicle cleanliness and maintaining its operability.
Provide professional and courteous interaction with the customer including meeting, reviewing issues and concerns, and providing the customer with updates when required.
Provide field leadership to his team in repair and field activities.
