Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Perform cleaning activities and minor fixes such as but not limited to repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls, doors, door locks and closets, installs window blinds etc;
2. Perform liaison works;
3. Conduct maintenance tasks;
4. Perform printing works in the warehouse;
5. Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required; and
6. Perform outside custodial duties as required.
7. Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues.
8. Install appliances and equipment.
9. Conduct maintenance tasks such as but not limited to replacing light bulbs.
10. Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation).
11. Collaborate with workers and engineers during renovations.
12. Report to a Engineering Unit Head or Maintenance Manager for issues.
13. Performs preventive maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis; inspects belts, checks fluid levels, replaces filters, greases bearings, seals, etc.; repairs or replaces broken parts.
14. Completes daily, weekly and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance procedures and maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
15. Installs electrical wiring and equipment; new electrical services, wiring during remodeling projects; replaces and repairs wiring as needed.
16. Responds to emergency maintenance requests as required.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Education : High School level or with equivalent experience
Experience : Preferably with at least 2-year working experience related to the position
