• Inquisitive and has a strong passion for software and application design and architecture.
• Can translate complex business requirements to actual system screens and user interfaces.
• Able to create medium to complex applications from scratch.
• Able to design solutions that are easy to use and focus on the priorities of the business processes.
• Skills on MS Excel and MS Visio
• Strong analytical skills (e.g. validates the test data and test scenarios prior to the full system testing and implementation)
• Able to work independently during the system design and architecture phase.
• Effective communications skills
• Stakeholder management skills

Knowledge:
• Thorough working knowledge of the fundamentals of designing information technology systems to benefit and improve business processes, methodologies and their implementation to IT system projects.
• Familiar with business process rules and logic
• Familiar with all phases of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Advance knowledge of Relational Database and SQL
• Advance knowledge of Microsoft .NET MVC technology
• Knowledge of Data Visualization Tools and Techniques
