Your Role and Responsibilities
Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) professionals are engineers who specialize in reliability and resiliency with the right mix of knowledge and skills in software and systems, responsible to analyze business needs, problem determination, advise & design, build, test, deploy, changes and maintenance of a well engineered information system and ecosystems.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
You possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, BS Information Technology or Computer Science
At least 1-2 years or more of related work experience
Perform core system administration skills required in Linux environments like CentOS/Ubuntu Enterprise Linux Servers
Operate running systems, including booting into different run levels, identifying processes, starting and stopping virtual machines, and controlling services
Configure storage using partitions and logical volumes
Manage users and groups, including use of a centralized directory for authentication
Create and configure file systems and file system attributes, such as permissions, encryption, access control lists, and network file systems
Manage security, including basic firewall and SE Linux configuration
Create Shell scripts to automate server resources
Configure and deploy Virtual Machines(VMs) and Templates
Analyze and troubleshoot on an intermediate level, performance of VMware images in VMware vCenter. Determine proper allocation or resources of multiple images connecting to each other.
Customize networking between VMware images, networking components and storage for high availability maximum performance.
Implement redundancy to allow horizontal scaling and efficient distribution of processes to different compute nodes.
