Duties and Responsibilities:
· Determine and performs inspections on all procedures and oversees testing methods of materials to maintain high standards in quality
· Collates the Material Data specs and organizes samples for review of Senior QAQC prior to submission of client
· Assists Senior QAQC for review of material qualities to ensure compliance to project requirements
· Generates and updates all QAQC submittal documents for review of Senior QAQC prior submission to the client
· Assists Senior QAQC in all Weekly Site construction meeting with the client and in-house operations team
· Does daily inspections and generates punch lists and ncrs for the review of senior QAQC prior submission to in house operations team
· Does site coordination with Client's fellow junior QAQC to coordinate any matters and issues that may occur and immediately reports this to the senior QAQC for further advise
· Ensures and monitors that the punch list internal and Client's punch list are done prior to any viewing or handover
· Assists the Senior QAQC in acquiring signoffs of handover forms from client
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architecture
Professional License in Architecture or Civil Engineer
Required language(s): English, Filipino
At least 2 to 4 Year(s) of working experience related in fit-out works
Can start immediately
Willing to relocate
Amenable to work in Quezon City
