Scope of Work
Develops, interprets, and integrates site preparation deliverables based on the Land Registration Authority (LRA) Request for Proposal (RFP) and other requirements and reports.
Assists in the preparation and approval of Site Specification (SPS) Version 1.0 and subsequent versions.
Assists in the implementation of the initial design layout per site based on the site survey report and approved SPS V 1.0, including subsequent versions, as well as inputs from the System Integrator and the LRA
Monitors, determines and assesses quality and safety in the execution of deliverables by the Site Preparation sub-contractors and sees to it that the execution thereof is achieved within schedule and in accordance with the approved SPS V 1.0
Confirms that all construction design and procedures complies with generally accepted building codes and standards
Ensures a cost effective, planned and systematic manner of Site Preparation deliverables
Ensures the cost of work will not exceed the estimated amount per site and change order or additional works will be minimized
Facilitates, evaluates, and recommends payments of billings and claims by sub-contractors
Assists in the acceptance of the site based on the approved User Acceptance Criteria
Coordinates regularly with LRA Site Preparation Committee, Design Consultants, System Integrators and Site sub-contractors.
Experience Target
Must be a graduate of Civil Engineering
Over 10 years of relevant experience; 5 years of which in a managerial capacity.
Willing to travel PH-wide
Must be flexible with the working schedule
