SITE NURSE
JOB SUMMARY:
Nurse is responsible for providing basic medical attention and assessing their wellbeing as part of larger medical team. Their duties include checking vital signs, recording a patient medical history and assisting patients.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Site Nurse it is their responsibilities to check the vital signs.
Site Nurse it is also responsibilities to give the anti- tetanus due to the workers in case of emergency.
Before giving the medicine the site nurse will check the vital sign
It is also the responsibility of the nurse site to provide first aid to my workers no matter what happen
Provide emergency treatment in the workplace
Create a clean, and comfortable sickbay area.
OTHERS:
Accepts any other task as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor in accordance to the need of the department.
Keeps immediate supervisor informed of work needs other than ordinary routine handling.
Attends to training programs and learning sessions for the enhancement of professional and technical proficiencies.
Actively participates and contributes to the development and accomplishment of department objectives.
Upholds and promotes the good name of the company in all transactions with superiors, co-employees, clients, suppliers, and other external parties as necessary on matters of mutual concerns.
Creates and preserves the most favorable image of the company by conducting all functions in the most ethical and fair manner consistent with the company's mission, vision, goals and core corporate values.
