Product
The Product organization is responsible for creating and executing the company's product strategy. They oversee the full lifecycle of all product sold on the site from concept and design to merchandising, sourcing, planning, and inventory management. Product works cross-functionally with Operations, and Marketing to successfully bring product to life and to ensure their performance supports the company's targets and goals.
We are looking to add an E-commerce Associate to join our team. In this role, you will help manage the inventory, driving sales through improved product availability and forecast future sales. As an early stage startup, we need someone that can lean in where needed and establish reliable and accurate information flow and analyses.
Responsibilities
Continuously monitor inventory data
Update and maintain product catalog and descriptions, working with suppliers.
Enter, validate and authorize data.
Analyze data, write reports and create documents and presentations
Coordinate meetings, organize calendars and create and send correspondence.
Requirements
Previous experience with different CMS
High attention to detail
Diligence with document organization and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle many ad hoc tasks and flexible work hours
Curiosity and a strong work ethic
