SITE MANAGER
Qualification:
Preferably male and college graduate of Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management or any related field,
With two years experience in supervisory or managerial role preferably in retail food market operations,
Experience in handling personnel, vendor coordination and customer service is required,
Strong leadership and decision-making skills,
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities,
Ability to handle conflict and resolve tenant or customer concerns professionally,
Can multitask and work under pressure,
Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays,
With clear moral character and no record of misconduct.
