Position Requirements:
University graduated, Architectural major
Experienced in Architectural field same position 5 years and above, Manager experienced in highrise or skyscrape or large scale projects will be an advantage.
Mastered in projects managements
Well knowing project estimates.
Mastered the usage of each material, parameters and construction.
Mastered in projects schedules, quality control and cost control.
Computer skills such as: AutoCad, Excel, Word, etc.
Computer skills such as: AutoCad, Excel, Word, etc.

Position Statements:
Responsible for the managements assigned construction works.
Responsible for organizing relevant management personnel and construction team, and formulating relevant work system and operation process.
Responsible for making project budget documents, arranging materials, labor, machinery and other work reasonably.
Responsible for making project construction schedules, tracking progress, quality and cost control in real time.
Responsible for arranging the work of subordinates
Work base: Cebu
 
Salary: Negotiable
