SITE ENGINEER
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare project scope of works (SOW) and budgetary cost estimates.
Prepare project schedule and project progress monitoring sheets.
Prepare cost savings monitoring sheet.
QC management - prepares and executes Quality Control plan.
HSE management - prepares and executes HSE plan.
Supervise project sites and ensure all site execution are carried out according to approved drawings, execution plans, and applicable codes. Ensure projects are executed efficiently in terms of timeline, cost, safety, and quality.
Act as an ambassador for 1 Midas in promoting the company by exhibiting desired work morals and ethics. Providing excellent professional service at all times.
Mentor and train subordinates in areas of planning and site management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Licensed Civil Engineer
Minimum of 2 years experience as Site Engineer - Civil Works
Proven experience in preparing estimates
Excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Can able to handle pressure and willing to extend longer hours
Good Communication Skills (Written and Oral)
Working knowledge in AutoCAD, MS Office Applications, and other Engineering Software
Available for project-based assignments
