Is urgently looking for:
 
SITE ENGINEER
 
Responsibilities:
Monitors weekly and monthly construction management report
Attends project technical meeting for contractors and suppliers
Conducts regular site inspection of the project
Monitors contractors timeline and accomplishment
Do estimates, cutting list and needed shop drawings
Assist procurement for materials specification
Evaluate contractors performance accomplishments and timelines
Evaluate contractors billing and accomplishment
Evaluate site conditions for conflict on architectural vs. MEPF Roughing ins
Heads the quality finishing and evaluates quality workmanship
Perform other related duties as may use assigned immediate supervisor
Qualifications:
A graduate of Civil Engineering
Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage
At least 1year experience in construction industry
Computer Literate (MS Office Autocad, Sketch-up, SP3D)
Posses good written and oral communications skills
Able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines and can work with minimum or less supervision
Independent, flexible, and a proactive team player
Willing to be assigned in Balamban/Catarman
