SITE ENGINEER
 
Site Engineer is responsible for directing the smooth operation of the plant. They plan and coordinate activities concerned with the design, construction, modification, and maintenance of equipment and machinery in an industrial plant. The Site Engineer has a critical role in connecting operations with the mechanical maintenance organization, helping minimize downtime and failure rates and maximize equipment productivity.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Address technical issues and concerns of customers regarding concrete pouring.
Inspect facilities and analyze operational data.
Maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities.
Evaluate operations and processes.
Build customer trust and build professional relationship with them
Perform annual customer satisfaction survey
Ensure the preparations, checking, consolidation and submission of work-related reports
Perform other related tasks assigned from time to time.
Responsible to ensure quality of concrete and fulfilment of all required standard and requirements.
Follow company quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
Perform such other duties and functions as maybe required by the General Manager/President from time to time within the bounds of the company policy.
QUALIFICATION
 
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (Must be a Board Passer) 
At least 3-5 years' experience in batching plant industry, Licensed Driver: 1,2 (Non-Professional or Professional).
Must be willing to do field work with a solid technical background is an advantage, 
With a good judgement and good business sense, Has the ability to build relationships with clients quickly with analytical and problem-solving skills, resilience and independence or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills and Competence Requirement:
With knowledge of concrete batching technology and or computer competencies.
Plant Operation & Maintenance.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Tagalog
Strong strategic and problem-solving skills
Confidentiality and trustworthiness
Time management and ability to prioritize to meet multiple deadlines.
Well-organized, excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong analytical skills
