Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assure the implementation/timeliness execution of projects. 
2. Responsible for the target accomplishment and progress billing thru bar- chart schedule of executed project.
3. Coordinates for the requirements on equipment, construction materials, ready mix, manpower and petty cash
4. Interfaces with customer related to progress and quality inspection
5. Coordinate for the close-out of punch list items
6. Execute the rules and guidelines of safety for the workers.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
1. 5 years' experience in construction (Horizontal and vertical projects) 2. Graduate at least Engineering Course.
3. Good Moral Character
4. Good communication skills
5. Computer Literate
