Review and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
Prepare as-built plans & shop drawings.
Develop a detailed project plan that includes timelines, budgets, resources, and risk assessments.
Work with and provide technical support and guidance to the project team members in developing preliminary and final design plans and details.
Coordinate with various teams, including design, construction, and maintenance teams, to ensure project goals are met.
Oversee progress of the project. Monitor and evaluate sub-contractor's work progress and accomplishments.
Prepare billing documents for sub-contractor's weekly accomplishments.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, and change orders.
Identify and resolve technical issues and problems that arise during the project.
Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities for the construction of the project and determine personnel and equipment requirements.
Procure and purchase materials that are needed for construction.
Write reports and evaluations for the purpose of transparency.
Review designs, specifications, scheduling changes, and offer recommendations.
Create and administer testing protocols for monitoring project performance.
Inform the management and subcontractors promptly of any construction schedule changes.
Review the quality of all materials and manage compliance with standards and specifications for quality control and assurance.
Prepare material quantity take-off and detailed cost estimates.
