Job Description:
As a Site Engineer at ARDC Construction & Supplies, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and leadership will contribute to the timely and efficient delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
Review and interpret engineering designs, drawings, and blueprints.
Manage and coordinate construction materials, equipment, and resources efficiently.
Resolve technical issues, troubleshoot challenges, and propose effective solutions.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members when needed.
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and project records.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and designs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
