MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide technical advice throughout the duration of the construction project.
Supervise workers' progress.
Ensure proper utilization of budget and resources.
Ensure that work implementation is according to plan and specification.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors and subcontractors (if any), inhouse engineer and architect, and other persons involved.
Troubleshoot problems which may arise onsite.
Assist in purchasing of needed materials and equipment.
Prepare order lists of rebar for suppliers, monitors rebar stockpile onsite and staging area.
Prepare cost estimates.
Evaluate cost proposals, billings and accomplishments of subcontractors, if any.
Check, review and evaluate work schedule, target vs actual.
Take care of punch lists and ensure that units are ready prior to turn-over.
Prepare progress report, payroll for workers and other necessary reports and documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Licensed, or underboard but with related work experience
Knowledge in using AutoCAD, generating cost estimates, basic MS Excel
Willing to do site visits, preferably with knowledge and skills to drive a motorcycle and/or car
Willing to undergo training
Willing to be assigned in Dasmariñas, Imus and Muntinlupa project sites
Willing to start ASAP
