The Site Engineer is responsible for directing managing the frontline workers, supervising the construction works, providing pro-active solutions, coordinating with project manager, and other company executives to keep the project on track.
I. Duties and Responsibilities
Implement directives about proper use of resources and methodical work sequence (MS/MOS)
Reviews and evaluates work accomplishments daily and weekly progress
Prepares daily schedule of construction activity and attend daily inspections of construction
Monitors the flow of operation and project activities and resolve issues at site
Ensures smooth flow of operation, monitor occurrence of possible problems during implementation of process
Prepares weekly progress report and gather data and to report to immediate superior
Other tasks that may be assigned by the Head
II. Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
Preferably a Licensed Architect or Civil Engineer
at least 10 years work experience on Building Projects
Great leadership, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills
