Duties and Responsibilities
Implementation/Supervision of rebar, concreting and formworks/scaffolding installation.
Sub-con accomplishment evaluation QA/QC compliance.
Safety rules compliance.
Other instruction assigned by its immediate superior.
Prepares and submits the following: Manpower Requisition to Human Resource Administration; Requisition Slip to Purchasing and Equipment Schedule to Equipment Control.
Ensures on-time completion/delivery of specific contracted services, materials and equipment required to meet engineering and construction schedules.
Submits to the Construction Department Head daily and weekly Accomplishment Report with progress Charts
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Specifications
College Degree in Engineering, preferably licensed
at least 1 year related experience
Must have understanding and background in Construction
Planning and scheduling
