ARCHPLUS DESIGNS is a new architectural firm in Cebu, which is looking for committed individuals to be part of the growing ARCH+ community.
SITE ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations
Conduct regular inspections
Organizing construction works on site
Ensure work is done safely and according to standards
Ensure projects meet agreed specifications, budget and timescales Assess hazards and determine risks
Reports diligently to all officers in charge
Qualifications:
Must possess a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Preferably a licensed engineer
Must have a driver's license professional/non professional
Can drive two to six wheeler vehicles
Has 1 to 2 years site experience in construction/structural or equivalent
Diligent and honest
Can manage time effectively
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Can work with minimal supervision
Must be keen to details
