MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
Gathering data, compiling reports, and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications and standards.
Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
Liaise with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with Building Codes and other regulatory standards.
Communicate with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
Plan the work and efficiently organize the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site.
Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Perform all other duties as may be assigned by immediate superior or supervisor from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Licensed Civil Engineer
with at least 3 years experience as a Civil Engineer
with experience in AutoCAD
with Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) certification
with Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) certification
Must be willing to work in Muntinlupa City
Must be willing to start ASAP
