Job Description
In charge of over-all construction operations for live projects of Affordable Housing Team.
Facilitates preparation and acquisition of necessary permits related to construction and development.
Prepares cost estimates and cross-checks against budget or anticipated costs.
Attends to clients' technical inquiries from time to time.
Analyzes data, statistics and other information and consolidate the same through report.
Minimum Qualifications
Licensed Civil Engineer or equivalent.
Substantial experience in horizontal developments including land development works.
Proficient in doing cost estimates and project management.
Knowledgeable in BP 220; PD 957, and Building Code of the Philippines.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Applicants must be willing to work in Sto. Tomas and/or Lipa, Batangas.
