Job Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering(Civil), or equivalent.
Preferably 5 years & Up experienced specializing in Engineering - Civil/construction/Structural or equivalent.
Required Skills: Planning skills, MS Project, Primavera and has good leadership skills
Provide look-ahead and look-back to the project team for planning purposes
Reviews effective program/project management in order to meet timely project execution
Advises the project team of any negative slippage in schedule so proper catch-up plans can be put in place to bring the project on schedule.
Ensures the documentation of planning deliverable are in place in order to meet internal system compliance.
Report to the Project Manager about the current work progress and make a comparison between the plan and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches work.
Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report.
Must have good oral and written communication skills
Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Must be willing to assigned in Chelsea Project (Pampanga) under Megaworld Project
