JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Professional Licensure Exam) in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Experience in supervisory role and can arrange, look-after his team members.
Possesses a safe working practice and culture.
Must have good working attitude and strong personality.
Excellent communication skill, oral and written.
Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.
Can render overtime work including Sundays and/or holidays, if necessary.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the supervision of site activity to fulfill the requirements following the plans and quality control standards specially DPWH standards.
Understanding the requirements of the Project Safety Plan, Safe Construction, Methodologies and safety procedures relevant to the individual's specific area of responsibility.
Assist Site Manager in overall execution of project.
Monitors the quality of work performed as per specifications, plans and schedule.
