QUALIFICATIONS:
§ Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board Licensure Examination) in Engineering (Civil)
§ At least 1-2 years of experience in Civil Works
§ Fresh Grad are also welcome to apply
§ Knowledgeable in MS Outlook, MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD
§ Strong communication skill
§ Patience and has ability to deal with people/workers
RESPONSIBILITIES
§ Responsible for the construction activities from clearing up to finishing
§ Monitoring Construction activities and perform quality control inspection to ensure compliance with the General Specification
§ Participate at the Tool box meeting and informing workers about the daily site activities
§ Giving orders to workers
§ Attends the weekly site coordination meeting
§ Witness the offsite testing
§ Prepares daily, weekly and monthly activity reports
§ Coordinates with other Sub-Contractors that are involved on project assigned
§ Estimate the materials needed on site specially concrete
§ Any other activities assigned to him by the Project Manager
