Job Qualification:
Graduate of Civil Engineering, Architectural, Industrial, Mechanical, Interior Design or Equivalent
At least 3-5 years of work experience in major construction project
Knowledgeable in Modular Cabinetry and Fit-Out
Experience working in Fit Out construction works with prior experience in QA QC role
Experience of working on high end residential projects is desirable
Can work in Site Projects and supervise implementation and output of subordinates
Manage overall quality control of Construction Contractors output
Involvement where required in Work Inspections, Material Inspections,
Mockup Inspections and Plant Visits
Carry out audits of Construction Contractor quality procedures on the project* Can do Cad Works and Estimations
