- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering (Licensed)
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in Construction and Project Management
- Preferably with background in Manufacturing set-up.
- Willing to be assigned on plant projects nationwide (if any).
- Flexible and willing to work extended hours.
- With strong leadership. assertive, resourceful and a team player.
- Willing to work in Trece Martirez City, Cavite
Required Skills:
- AutoCAD
- Sketchup
- MS Excel
Intermediate knowledge in:
- Structural design (Steel and RC)
- Estimate of labor and materials
- Project scheduling
- Site management
- Construction safety
Job Summary:
- Works with Managers and Supervisors in developing project proposals for plant improvement.
- Conduct feasibility study to support project proposals.
- Prepare and draw construction drawings and details specifications.
- Submit project scope of works and bill of materials.
- Supervise ongoing civil and structural projects.
- Ensure safety on site at all times.
- Work as owner's representative to ensure that all projects must be finished within target time frame in accordance to detailed specifications.
