1.Assist the Project-in-Charge in planning, preparation and submission of Verzontal Builders Inc. related reports.
2.Assists the project team in preparing and evaluating bidding documents
3.Assists in conducting site inspection to ensure proper execution of works.
4.Responsible for the documentation of the Project records and files.
5.Responsible in handling project-related incoming and outgoing communications (i.e. consultants, contractors, suppliers, etc.).
6.Responsible for the update and general upkeep of Project records and files.
7.Responsible for setting up meetings, schedules and other activities of the projects.
8.Provide support/assistance to the Project Team when necessary.
