Is currently looking for:
 
SITE ENGINEER
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor site requirements (manpower, materials, schedules) needed to support the project
Plans and coordinates with sub-contractors to meet needs of project
Reports to Construction Head
Evaluates progress billings of Contractors and Sub-contractors based on Milestone works
Estimating/ Quantity Surveying works
Maintains strict adherence to the quality standards/ inspection of the projects
Provide technical guidance and/or directions encountered by the team
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelors or College Degree in Civil Engineering
With Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil)/Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent is an advantage
At least two (2) or more years of working experience in related field is required
With driver’s license and knows how to drive motorcycle
Able to multi-task
