SITE ENGINEER
Qualifications:
Must be a Licensed Civil/Structural Engineer
At least 3 years HANDS-ON experience as Building/House Construction Site Engineer
Possessing a sound understanding of drawings, interfaces between different objectives and systems
Must have a good understanding of business official scenarious in terms of site management and safety
Good leadership and rapport building skills with labor, technical team, foremen, owner, suppliers and executive management
Good communication skills (can prepare memoranda, guidelines and translates directives of top management to employees)
A team player, results-oriented with high sense of urgency
Can multi-task with high maturity level
Adaptable and quick to grasp new ideas.
