- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- Has proven experience in cost control of telephone pole installation materials with extensive knowledge in market price information
- Knowledgeable in telephone pole installation process including civil engineer techniques, management of subcontractors and post-installation optical fiber cable testing
- Familiar with Philippines occupational health and industrial safety standards
- Able to negotiable with local government departments related to the location of installation and obtain respective approval
- Able to handle stabilization of telephone pole and installation of optical fiber from telephone to building
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
