SITE ENGINEER - PRIVATE AND PUBLIC WORKS
Position Overview
Responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction operations, ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise on-site construction activities and teams.
Conduct regular inspections for compliance with safety and project specifications.
Coordinate construction work efficiently on-site.
Identify hazards and assess risks for all site activities.
Report progress and issues to project officers.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Experience: 4 to 10 years in construction or architectural engineering projects
Technical/Functional Skills: Strong leadership, time management, problem-solving, and communication skills; detail-oriented; resilient under pressure.
Certifications and Licenses: Licensed Engineer preferred; driver's license (2-wheel) a plus.
