Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares estimated quantity of materials for the project in accordance with the approve plans and budget
- Creates an evaluation and cost comparison between the company's budget and estimated cost obtained from contractors bidding
- Responsible in monitoring of overall progress of various projects in accordance with the target schedules/ agreed timeline and above acceptable quality
- Provides assistance to the Housing Construction Team regarding on land development-related issues that may affect the construction of houses to ensure organizational standards are being upheld
- Responds promptly to clients inquiries for service and assistance regarding water supply
- Examines the Land Development construction plans and specification provided by the subcontract designer/ engineer
- Coordinates all concerns with the labor contractors and provides immediate feedback to Engineering department
- Submits detailed project report status every month
- Maintains and monitors the waterline system of the village by addressing immediately the unexpected issues involving waterline network system of the whole village
MUST HAVE:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed
- Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Applicants must be willing to work in General Trias Cavite
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
- Good understanding of MEP Building Systems
- Thorough knowledge of legal issues and safety standards is essential
