We are currently seeking a dynamic and skilled Site Electrical Engineer to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects.
 
Job Description:
 
As a Site Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and ensuring the electrical systems' efficiency and compliance within our real estate development projects. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
 
Key Responsibilities:
Electrical System Design: Collaborate with the project team to design and implement efficient electrical systems for residential and commercial developments.
Project Execution: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems on-site, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure the integrity and reliability of electrical installations.
Coordination: Work closely with other engineering disciplines, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with overall project requirements.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve electrical issues promptly, providing technical expertise to address challenges during the construction phase.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of electrical design, installations, and testing processes. Prepare reports and documentation for project milestones.
Compliance: Ensure that all electrical work adheres to local regulations, codes, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE) license is preferred.
Proven experience in electrical design, installation, and project management.
Knowledge of local electrical codes and regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
