Professional license is a plus but not required
Preferably 1-4 years experienced employees specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
Experience in DPWH and/or Roadwork Projects are a plus
Capable of conducting long working hours and having the stamina for extended hours of strenuous, physical office and fieldwork.
Capable of handling supervisory tasks and a good sense of authority.
Have the personality and the right attitude to deal with subordinates.
Responsible, honest, and hardworking to work well in a fast-paced work environment
Physically and mentally fit
With good moral character
Can work with less supervision
Flexible and willing to work overtime when needed
