We are excited to announce that Aldesa BPO is looking for a visionary and seasoned leader to join our executive team as the Site Director for our Cebu City operations.
 
This is a pivotal role designed for a high-level professional who can provide full operational, financial, and cultural leadership. The successful candidate will act as a strategic, neutral bridge between our US executive team and our Philippine stakeholders.
 
The Mission
 
The core purpose of this role is to own the Cebu operation so completely that US-based management becomes operationally unnecessary for daily site leadership. You will report directly to the VP/Director of Operations - US.
 
What You'll Do
Drive Excellence: Set and manage site-level KPIs (SLAs, CSAT, productivity) while maintaining an "in-the-trenches" presence with your teams.
Champion Compliance: Ensure full adherence to DOLE regulations, statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and BIR obligations.
Financial Stewardship: Manage the site P&L, handle budget planning, and demonstrate unimpeachable fiduciary responsibility.
Cultivate Culture: Maintain a healthy, non-toxic environment built on high accountability, respect, and zero tolerance for favoritism.
Strategic Bridge: Translate US business expectations into culturally appropriate, executable actions in Cebu.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 8+ years of progressive BPO leadership, with at least 3-5 years at a Site Director or Country Manager level.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Operations (MBA preferred).
Expertise: Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws, banking practices, and contact center mechanics (WFM, QA, IT).
Mindset: A calm, emotionally stable leader who leads with integrity and avoids "overpromising and under-delivering".
Global Savvy: Proven track record of working closely with US or Western executives.
Compensation
