Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitors and evaluates the cost progress of assigned project.
Reviews progress billings submitted by the contractors and nominated sub-contractors.
Overall in charge of contract implementation, change order (site instruction) issuance and reconciliation.
Prepare the budgetary cost of the project and ensure that the project is within the approved budgetary cost.
Responsible for the cost control and monitoring of the project.
Review construction bulletins.
Responsible for Billing Valuation and Reconciliation.
Change Order review of Validity, Valuation and Reconciliation.
Job Specifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Electrical), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
