The opportunity
Project: A 450ha, Integrated Mountain Resort project, In Pampanga Philippines. Located between Angeles City and New Clark City. Phase 1 works include Development of an 18 Hole Championship Golf Course, Banyan Tree Main Building and Resort Villas, Club House, and ancillary site wide infrastructure and facilities. Including significant site wide and building/ facility specific MEPF works Reporting to MaceTPM Senior Management and the Client Team.
Responsible for total project delivery of the Civil and Structural Aspects of the Project, throughout the full project lifecycle, preconstruction through to handover and closeout, to ensure the works are delivered safely on time and to the agreed budget, whilst maintaining high-quality standards.
Working with a multi-disciplinary team of local and international Consultants, and local and international quality contractors.
Your responsibilities will include:
Reviewing and checking structural plans.
Monitoring and assisting on formworks and concrete pouring on structural works.
Monitoring accomplishment on site.
Doing basic cutting list bars.
Doing basic estimate of formwork.
Reviewing shop drawings as well as preparing contractor's payment records.
Preparing schedule of works, check deliveries, estimates and materials.
