The opportunity
Project: A 450ha, Integrated Mountain Resort project, In Pampanga Philippines. Located between Angeles City and New Clark City. Phase 1 works include Development of an 18 Hole Championship Golf Course, Banyan Tree Main Building and Resort Villas, Club House, and ancillary site wide infrastructure and facilities. Including significant site wide and building/ facility specific MEPF works Reporting to MaceTPM Senior Management and the Client Team.
Responsible for total project delivery of the Civil and Structural Aspects of the Project, throughout the full project lifecycle, preconstruction through to handover and closeout, to ensure the works are delivered safely on time and to the agreed budget, whilst maintaining high-quality standards.
Working with a multi-disciplinary team of local and international Consultants, and local and international quality contractors.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
Assisting with schedule management.
Helping in prepare budgets.
Overseeing project procurement management.
Monitoring project progress and handle any issues that arise.
Acting as the point of contact and communicating project status to all participants.
Using tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.
Issuing all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement).
Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
Ensuring standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
