JOB DESCRIPTION
Supports the supervision of the entire project.
Ensures the quality and timeliness of project execution.
Assigned to handle one (1) Project
Ensures that designs and plans are executed in actual construction.
Monitors and evaluates the progress and status of projects.
Monitors the implementation of designs and drawings.
Evaluates and reviews the designs and plans before, during and after execution.
Ensures proper coordination with team, consultants, and contractors, production department,
Design Department and Engineering Department. * Distributes assignments to project team and ensures proper and balanced distribution of
workload. * Ensures that minutes of the meetings, projects status report, site inspection reports are updated
and correct. * Handles the concerns, problems and issues of the projects based on prioritization and urgency.
Reviews reports gathered from the team about the status, pending issues and deadlines of the
projects. * Reports regularly the progress of projects and plans to Project supervisor/Project Managers o
Billing Department. * Attends meetings with clients, both internal and external.
REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of BS Architecture
Must be a Licensed Architect.
Must have at least 4 - 5 years of work experience with projects such as Malls, Mid rise to High
rise structures or offices. * With experience handling end-to-end phase of mid rise to high rise projects
Willing to be assigned Either:
Parañaque
Quezon City
Can work alone and with minimal supervision
Can start ASAP
