Identify the client's goals and project requirements
Sketch preliminary design plans
Specify materials and furnishings
Prepare plans, using computer applications such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design programs
Prepare necessary design studies, schematics, presentations and documentations.
Planning Engineer
Assess incoming projects and prepare timelines for the same;
Adjust timelines as requires by project needs;
Carry out site visits and prepare updating reports on project process;
Jr. Electrical Engineer
Identify project requirements
Prepare final plans using AutoCAD and other design programs
Prepare detailed design of projects based on schematics and materials pre-selected
Coordinate architectural design with engineering disciplines (MEPF)
Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings or topographical maps.
Establishing construction, manufacturing or installation standards or specifications by performing a wide range of detailed calculations.
Site Architect
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture
With at least 5 years relevant experience in Architecture
Proficient in the use of AutoCAD
Can do space plan and 3D modelling and rendering;
Has knowledge in sketching up
Knowledge in Revit and Photoshop is an advantage
Strong attention to details and has a proactive work approach
With background in office fit out.
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills

Atleast a graduate of any Engineering-related course;
